Picture yourself and your guests immersed in a world of creativity, painting your own masterpieces on our high-quality ceramics. With a choice of beautiful bowls and 12 oz mugs, our packages cater to both small and large groups, ensuring everyone can join in the fun. Our warm, welcoming atmosphere and flexible options, including the ability to bring your own food and drinks for after-hours events, make Hug a Mug the perfect venue for fostering creativity and creating lasting memories. Booking Guidelines

  1. Reservation: Advance booking is required for group packages. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to secure your spot.

  2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. No refunds on deposits.

  3. Final Count: The final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the event. The price will be adjusted based on this count.

  4. Menu Selection: Group package selections must be made one week before the event. Options include:

    • Customizable bowls 

    • 12 oz mugs 

  5. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

  6. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to avoid additional charges. In cases of emergency or weather restrictions, reservations may be moved to a different date once.

  7. Food and Drinks: After-hours packages allow outside food and drinks on premises.

  8. ​Ceramics Pickup: Ceramic pieces will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup in 15 days. We hold finished ceramics for group events for 30 days after completion.

Open Hour Group Packages

1 

Package A: 15-35 People

  • Price: $32 per person (2 hours of painting time)

  • Includes: Choice between a bowl or 12 oz mug from our group package selection

  • Restrictions: No outside food, drinks, water canteens allowed on premises. NO BYOB allowed. NO decorations, balloons, cakes, etc.  Ages. 13+

Package B: 36-50 People

  • Price: $30 per person (2 hours of painting time)

  • Includes: Choice between a bowl or 12 oz mug from our group package selection

  • Restrictions: No outside food, drinks, water canteens allowed on premises. NO BYOB allowed. NO decorations, balloons, cakes, etc. Ages 13 +

​After Hours Group Packages

Package C: 15-35 People

  • Price: $32 per person + $1,000 space fee for 3 hours

  • Includes: Choice between a bowl or 12 oz mug from our group package selection

  • Restrictions: Food and drinks allowed on premises. Ages 18 + only. NO decorations.

Package D: 36-50 People

  • Price: $30 per person + $1,000 space fee for 3 hours

  • Includes: Choice between a bowl or 12 oz mug from our group package selection

  • Restrictions: Food and drinks allowed on premises. Ages 18+ only. NO decorations.
